This Request for Rostered Candidates (“RFRC”) is an invitation by the City of Niagara Falls (the “City”) to prospective respondents (each a “Respondent”) to submit a response (each a “Response”) to qualify for eligibility for inclusion on a Real Estate Brokerage Services Roster (the “Roster”) for the City of Niagara Falls as further described in Section A of the RFRC Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).

The following are representative of the various Roster services which may be required:

• Provide strategic advice, analysis and a range of services that may include evaluating, listing, marketing, reporting and negotiating and presenting offers for the disposition of City owned land;
• Provide services related to the acquisition of property for the City;
• Provide real estate evaluation and market analysis; and
• Develop marketing strategies for the disposition of City owned land;

Excluded from this RFRC is the acquisition and disposition of land that maybe required due to a Planning Act application. 

This is not an all-inclusive list. Other types of services may be required on an as needed basis.

Respondent(s) who have previously been qualified to provide the services described herein, or who are currently performing work for the City must also respond to this request to be considered for future work assignments.

The City may utilize an existing contract sourced outside of this RFRC for services stated above, at the sole discretion of the City.

Unless otherwise provided for in this RFRC, the City will not accept multiple bids or alternate bids from a Respondent. The submission of multiple bids by a Respondent may result in the rejection of all the submissions from that Respondent.
