This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Niagara Falls (the “City”) to prospective proponents (each a “Proponent”) to each submit a proposal (a “Proposal”) for Progressive Design-Build Services for the Chippawa Willoughby Memorial Arena and Library Redevelopment Project. 

The Scope of Services and Work includes planning, programming, design, engineering, estimating, pre-construction, Early Works and construction services as further described in the RFP documents. The City is inviting experienced and qualified Proponents to submit proposals to:

1. provide services related to the planning, estimating, and designing of the Project;
2. delivering Early Works associated with the Project (subject to City approval); and
3. finalizing the design and constructing the Project (subject to City approval).
