This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Niagara Falls (the “City”) to prospective proponents (each a “Proponent”) to each submit a proposal (a “Proposal”) for city wide Herbicide Application Services as further described in the RFP documents.

The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the City to extend to the Agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents.
