This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Niagara Falls (the “City”) to qualified firms (each a “Proponent”) to each submit a proposal (a “Proposal”) to fulfill the Levels of Service, Lifecycle Management and Financial Requirements set forth under Ontario Regulation 588/17 – Asset Management Planning for Municipal Infrastructure by the prescribed timeline of July 31, 2025, as further described in the RFP documents.
