This Request for Tenders is an invitation by the City of Niagara Falls to prospective Bidders to submit a Bid for Sod, Seed and Unit Paver Services at various locations within the municipal boundary of the City of Niagara Falls.

The term of the contract is to be for a period of two (2) years, commencing on April 1, 2026, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one (1) year term(s).
