Description of Goods and Services:

The City’s current portfolio of business applications are nearing end-of-life and do not support current business needs.   The City is seeking to acquire and implement a single integrated software solution that would replace the current system and provide strategic solutions that allows for adoption of industry best practices, where practical.  The new implementation of the software solution is viewed as an opportunity by the City to revisit current business processes and potentially automate or improve them in the new system. 

The City is seeking an integrated software solution that will meet its core requirements, preferably with minimal modifications with a goal to optimize system utilization for all users, improve response times, reduce errors, reduce manual efforts, improve analytical capabilities and reporting and improve customer service. 

To this end, the City is seeking to procure an Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) software solution (the “Software Solution”) from a vendor (the “Vendor”) and an implementation partner who shall implement the selected Software Solution (the “Implementation Partner”).

The City will conduct this procurement process with the objective of selecting a Software Solution and Implementation Partner combination that will provide the best overall value to the City.

The City is considering a phased implementation with an anticipated start date of December 2023 and an anticipated completion date of December 31, 2024.

The term of the Final Agreements and options to extend shall be as set out in the Required Terms and Conditions of the Final Agreements.
