This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Niagara Falls (the “City”) to prospective proponents (each a “Proponent”) to each submit a proposal (a “Proposal”) for the design, supply and delivery of one (1) new mid-mount Aerial Platform Fire Apparatus which will have a primary focus on rescue support activities with a reach capability of a minimum 100' vertical height from the top of the apparatus to full extension, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Proponents may submit proposals for demonstration or stock aerial apparatus units that are 2024 or newer models driven for display/demonstration purposes. Proponents may submit a Proposal or multiple Proposals for either or both apparatus packages:
