This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Niagara Falls to qualified prospective professional consulting firms to each submit a proposal for services related to prepare a new Official Plan for the City of Niagara Falls. These services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D), will be a complete strategic replacement of the City’s existing 30-year old plan, and will be created in conformity with the 2022 Region of Niagara Official Plan. |
