This Request for Tenders is an invitation by the City of Niagara Falls (the “City”) to prospective Bidders to submit a Bid for Roadside Ditching, Shouldering, and Culvert Installation Services within the municipal boundary of the City of Niagara Falls on as required basis. 

The term of the project is to commence on July 1, 2026, expiring on December 31, 2027, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for three (3) additional one (1) year terms.
