This Request for Tenders (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Niagara Falls (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids (the “Bid”) for the Crack Sealing Program, as further prescribed in the RFT.

The term of the project is to commence in October 2026, expiring on December 31, 2026, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement with the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
