This Request for Tenders (the "RFT") is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Niagara Falls (the "City") to prospective bidders to submit bids (the "Bid") for the Stanley Avenue Business Park Watermain Replacement - Phase 4, as further prescribed in the RFT documents.
