This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Niagara Falls to pre-qualified, prospective proponents (each a “Proponent”) to each submit a proposal (a “Proposal”) for the Design-Build Services for a Salt/Sand Storage Facility, as further described in the RFP. This RFP is the second stage in a two-stage procurement process for the selection of a contractor to complete the work. Stage 1 – Pre-Qualification of Contractors Stage 2 – Competitive Procurement Process Only contractors who were pre-qualified through the City’s RFSQ61-2024 – Pre-Qualification of Contractors for the Design Build of a Salt Barn are eligible to submit a Proposal. |
