This Request for Rostered Candidates (“RFRC”) is an invitation by the City of Niagara Falls (the “City”) to prospective respondents (each a “Respondent”) to submit a response (each a “Response”) to qualify for eligibility for inclusion on a Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Emergency Repair Services Roster, as further described in the RFRC documents.

The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the City to extend to the Agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.

Respondent(s) who have previously been qualified to provide the services described herein, or who are currently performing work for the City must also respond to this request to be considered for future work assignments.
