This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the City of Niagara Falls (the “City”) to prospective bidders (each a “Bidder”) to submit a Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Asphalt Products, including bituminous patching materials and emulsified asphalt patching materials to the participating agencies of the Niagara Public Purchasing Committee (the “N.P.P.C.”) as further described in Appendix C – RFT Particulars (the “Deliverables”).
